The first leaders and settlers were, namely Don Carlos Miguel
and Don Narciso Castaneda Families, years before 1788.
The Groups came from nearby provinces like Zambales, Pampanga,
Bataan, Pangasinan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija. The Pampanga dialect
became the "lingua franca" in the community, as
it was part of Pampanga province.
The Leaders, were succeeded in administering ventures. Roads
were built, in Urban-Rural areas. These were established
with the common efforts of the leaders' followers. The province
of Tarlac was later called as a "Melting Pot"
of Central Luzon.
The Capasenios are peace-loving and gentle. Some 95 percent
speaks Capampangan as a major dialect. Influences of the
Tagalog dialects can be traced. Majority are able to speak
and understand English.
The People are predominantly Roman Catholic. The rest of
population are Iglesia ni Cristo, Born again Christians,Protestant
and other religions.
Our beloved town's present leader is Mayor
